Welcome! I am glad you are reaching out for counsel. I provide client-centered holistic and integrative care. I am known for creating a strong therapeutic connection with my clients. I have worked to develop this ability because studies indicate that a well-established therapeutic alliance is a determinant of positive treatment outcome.

Couples

I have completed the clinical trainings in the Gottman Couples Therapy Method. By using the Gottman Relationship Checkup I assess areas of opportunity for client couples to grow and to highlight strengths. I am additionally trained in Gottman Method for treating Affairs and Betrayal.

Individuals

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I am experienced and skilled in trauma protocols of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My integrative approach to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Communication and Conflict Resolution skills, are most helpful in assisting clients.

Private Pay

Private Pay Fee: $175 per 50- minute session. Prorated for extended sessions. Intake session fee: $225. Check your insurance for out-of-network benefits. May be HSA/FSA eligible.
