The No Surprise Billing Act
At Logstrom Counseling I am transparent regarding my fees. An intake session is $225.00 and sessions following the intake are $175.00 per session. Extended sessions are also available.
Out of Network Benefits and HSA/FSA Information
Appointments may be eligible for submission to your health insurance company under out-of-network benefits billing. Please contact your insurance company to confirm if your policy has this coverage. Medically necessary treatment maybe eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement, please check your plan limitations.
The Gottman Couple Counseling Assessment
The Gottman Enhanced Relationship Checkup cost is $39.00 per couple. Paid directly to Gottman Institute upon enrollment by invitation.
